It is making its first entrance ever into franchising to expand its presence across India with the help of the Francorp expertise. With one operational centre in Bangalore, DM Exclusive caters to both Institutional and Retail segment through separate models. The company has 34 trims & profiles in their products range made from various plastics like PVC, PP, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Galvanized Iron, Rubber, etc. which requires relevant & specific facility & machinery to manufacture. They have a range of 30 products to offer and add about 2 to 3 new products every year, whereas all their competitors are manufacturers with a limited line of products. The domestic market for Trims & profiles is estimated at around Rs. 1 billion by 2010. The growth rate in the Trims & profiles industry is estimated to be around 30 % YOY. Their products cater to the construction industry on the whole, covering all its segments. The company has been promoting its product strongly in Karnataka, but has been catering throughout India. For growth and leveraging its current business acumen, décor marketing plans to expand its operations through franchising. Initially, the company will target South India and later on go for pan India presence.
