Mr. Greesh Bindra, a veteran in the hospitality industry, has joined the multiple award-winning Crowne Plaza Today Gurgaon as General Manager. In this role, he is responsible for creating unique guest experiences and developing his team.

Mr. Bindra has proved his mettle many times during his exciting career spanning 30 years. No stranger to IHG, he was most recently  General Manager at Crowne Plaza Soaltee Kathmandu, where he achieved the singular distinction of obtaining the hotels highest sales in 34 years. Prior to this, he was General Manager at Crowne Plaza New Delhi. Mr. Bindra has executed several innovative projects during his illustrious career, including launching the concepts of theme tourism and golf consulting in India. He previously held senior management positions in other chains such as the Taj, Hyatt, Maurya.

His experience and industry expertise has earned him several honours including General Manager of the year-Department of Tourism, Hospitality India, Young Achievers Award for contribution to hospitality at ITB Berlin, Pacific Area   Travel Writers Association, Hotelier of the Year 2006 -  Safari India and Member of the Executive Committee of SKAL club of India. He also got his organisation listed as the Best Leisure Hotel for 2006-Hospitality India.

Speaking about the current assignment, Mr. Bindra said I have made IHG my home, and my colleagues are like family. It feels great to be able to contribute to another one of IHGs excellent hotels as a General Manager. I look forward to launching many innovative projects here and reconnecting with my industry counterparts from Delhi. A family man, Mr. Bindra is the proud father of a two sons. He is happiest while spending time with his children and his wife, and enjoys playing golf in his free time.
