No less than 19 different countries took part and the winners were announced on Friday, April 16th at The Langham Hotel in Hong Kong at a gala dinner and networking day attended by hundreds of leading property professionals from across Asia Pacific. The evaluation process was based on a rating system, where in all entries were allocated scores based on strict predefined criteria. The allocated scores were totaled and the winning entries were awarded with 5 and 4 star ratings respectively.
