Noida, Supertech Limited announced the launch of Indias first ever eco-centric development project Eco-Citi in Sector 137, Noida. Ecociti project will redefine the standards of living of its residents. Our core approach is based on the idea that all the ecologically responsible aspects of the building are made visible and that as part of its role as an eco-habitat. The residential project will be a complete self sustaining eco-system with world class amenities and infrastructure

The project is accredited by CDM-Gold Standard Foundation of Switzerland. The main idea is to build zero carbon emission and eco-centric development project by using special generators, machinery and ecological sanitation.

Spread over 12.6 acres of land, this residential project is located strategically in terms of convenience and comfort of the inhabitants. The total worth of this project is around Rs 650 crores.

Ecociti incorporate ecologically responsive urbanism at work in which the environments behind and between buildings are as important as the buildings themselves, and in which energy, water and resources are conserved whilst maintaining human comfort and nurturing the spirit. The buildings in Ecociti will have natural ventilation system, use of renewable energy through solar panels and utilization of other recycled material.
