R.K. Asoociates got the award for Architect of the Year in residential category and Venkatraman Associates were selected for the Architect of the Yearaward in commercial category. The Luxury Project of the Year award went to Chateau Paradise by Lodha Group and One North by Panchshil Group. T-Zed by Biodiversity Conservation India (Pvt.) Ltd was chosen as the most Environment Friendly Project of the Year. The Upcoming Integrated Township Award was won by Jaypee Greens by Jaypee Group.
The Pathfinders Award for the Most Enterprising CEO was won by Brotin Banerjee of Tata Housing .Agni Properties received the award for the Indian property Broker of the Year. Popular Choice Awards for Developer of The Year were bagged by Prestige Developers (Residential), DLF Developers (Commercial) and Star City/Phoenix (Retail)
