New Delhi, Realty Plus Conclave 2010, kick started on a highly optimistic note with the inaugural address by Dr. Khater Masaad, Executive Chairman, RAKEEN terming India as the most attractive destination across the global market. Realty Plus Conclave 2010 was organized by Realty Plus, real estate monthly from exchange4media group.
During his inaugural address, Dr. Masaad said that the demand for real estate in India is in the growth mode. He added that Indian industry leaders should have the vision to develop more affordable projects, reflecting the industrys popular notion that the customers need affordable housing.
The mega Real Estate Conclave brought together the leaders of real estate sector, industry professionals and policy makers under one platform to discuss challenges and opportunities of Indian real estate sector.
The day long conclave had absorbing sessions on subjects such as paradigm shift in Housing, Future of Integrated townships, Investments strategies post economic slowdown, Green revolution, and the need for real estate regulator.
