Siliguri, West bengal, Radio Misty 94.3 fm and Radio Misty Sikkim 95 fm, the first and Number one fm station of North Bengal and Sikkim have aired special shows in theme of Jai Ho, on the occasion of composer singer\'s A R Rahman s birthday on 6 January.

This programme, aired in different shows during the day, had musical package on air, dedicated to Rahman\'s music, compositions, his instruments, his songs, his movies. The programme celebrates the journey of Rahman from his childhood to this day. In order to tap his huge fan following, special contests have been crafted on each show, where Music cds of Rahman were gifted.
