Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, Launched today, The Wear Helmet campaign, was held in all major cities across the country. The employees of Amara Raja handed out brochures and leaflets to the two wheeler riders and general public.

Vibrant red color handouts were distributed to the general public at traffic signals and important junctions in and around Amara Raja offices. Amara Raja employees also hung banners at all key traffic points, so that each and every person of the public soaks in the message. The campaign aimed at making every commoner aware of the importance of wearing helmets and of the dire consequences one could end up facing if he/she does not wear one.

Naren Reddy, the head of quality and safety, Amara Raja batteries said, "Amara Raja believes that a healthy nation can only be developed, when its citizens are safe and understand the importance of protecting themselves.
