India, the newly launched publication for India growth companies and a part of 9.9 media, has ranked Vuppalamritha Magnetic Components (VMC) 20th in its iconic survey of 500 best performing mid-sized private companies in India. VMC is India largest manufacturer of telecom and power-conversion equipment, and this award is a reiteration of its leadership in the industry. The award was presented at a formal ceremony organized by India Inc.

VMC, is a market leader in this segment with an annual revenue of Rs. 1250 crores. VMC product portfolio spans the entire gamut of telecom; from latest technologies such as such as 3G, WiMAX and GPON, to the standard Telecom and networking equipment ranging from customer premise equipment [CPE] such as FWP and ADSL Modems, to access products like Media & Ethernet/E1 converters to core telecom products related to like STM based ADMs and DWDMs [optical transmission equipment].
