Bengaluru, Karnataka, QlikTech, a leading business intelligence company, today announced the launch of its "Change Their World" global corporate social responsibility platform. The company kicked off the program at its recent Interaqtions all employee meeting in Miami with a service event to provide 600 backpacks of school uniforms for kids in need and a 3x corporate match program for all contributions made by employees totaling over $55,000.

At the event, each QlikTech employee packed a new school backpack for a specific childs size requirements. It included week supply of school uniforms made up of 3 tops, 3 pants, & 5 sets of underwear & socks. The backpacks were distributed in conjunction with the Neat Stuff organization, which has provided approximately 37,000 new wardrobes to kids along with feelings of self pride and dignity to young victims of crime, poverty and homelessness. You can watch a video of the children receiving their QlikTech- filled backpacks see the "Qlikview School Uniform Distribution Project 2010" album on Facebook or learn more at www.NeatStuffHelpsKids.org

Following the announcement that the company would provide three times the amount donated by employees for Haiti relief efforts, the funds were committed to Project HOPE (Health Opportunities for People Everywhere). The organization provides medical training and health education, as well as conducting humanitarian assistance programs in more than 35 countries. QlikTech donation of over $55,000 represents contributions from employees from countries around the world. QlikTech has always had a special corporate culture and bringing all of the great work that has been done in different countries under one unified purpose and global mission with Change Their World can only help to perpetuate and grow these efforts," commented Lars Bjork, CEO at QlikTech. "The fact that we had all of our employees around the world together for a day of service to help the kids of Miami so soon after the situation in Haiti made us want to do even more. I m totally gratified by the way this diverse employee base comes together as a single force to help those in need."
