Prabhakar brings over 24 years of leadership experiences from Fortune 50 companies across multiple industry verticals (BFSI, Manufacturing, High Tech, Consulting) and multiple functions (Strategy, IT, Product Development, Services).

Prior to CtrlS, Prabhakar was a Senior Director with Microsoft leading IT Strategy and Strategic Outsourcing. Prior to Microsoft, Prabhakar led GE largest IT Captive Center in India as Chief Operating Officer. Prabhakar brings rich experiences in Strategy, driving IT effectiveness and efficiencies, Operations, Continuous Process Improvements (Six Sigma and Lean) and Organizational Change & Leadership.
