Mumbai, Maharashtra, ASUS has tied up with Mood Indigo - the annual cultural festival of IIT Mumbai as the official Information Technology Partner for Mood Indigo 2009. Started in 1973 by a bunch of enthusiastic IITians, the annual fest is now Asia largest college cultural festival and attracts a crowd of 60,000 students from approximately 500 colleges all over the country. Being held for 4 days between 21st to 24th December in 2009, Mood Indigo is packed with a series of competitions, workshops, exhibitions, live performances and games.

Competitions at Mood Indigo encompass a wide range of genres, including Music, Dramatics, Literary Arts, Dance, Debating and Fine Arts. ASUS products will be given as prizes for some of these events. Also, an ASUS stall has been set up in the premises to showcase some of their innovative products from a diversified range of technology offerings such as motherboards, graphics cards, notebooks, netbooks, nettops, LCDs and PDAs to students. Contests will also be held at the ASUS stall and prizes will be given to lucky winners.
