In just one year of its operations in Sagar  108 ERS has attended 26847 Emergencies in Sagar district  With the start of 108 services  these precious lives were given pre-hospital care in time  108 ERS completed the glorious journey of one year of saving lives in Sagar  Out of these  17953 emergencies were medical emergencies  729 were police emergencies and 1 was fire emergencies

2064 cases were reported in which people were in very critical condition and if they would have not been attended then they would have died  these were the live saved cases  The 108 service attended to 14272 pregnancies related cases and 381 babies were delivered inside the ambulance in last one year in Sagar  And not a single mother and a child had died in the ambulance in pregnancy related emergency cases handled by 108 ERS
Bhopal  Jabalpur  Gwalior   Indore  Rewa  Sagar   Datia  Damoh and Sehore districts are covered completely by the service with 99 ambulances  In these districts  if anyone had called 108 for help  then the ambulance had reached in an average time of 20 minutes
Thanks to MP Government for extending continuous support to108 Emergency Response Services  We are also thankful to the people of Sagar for the response that they have shown and for the support that they have given to 108  We are available 24×7 so call 108 for help in any emergency  But if there is no emergency then do not call 108 or don t play with this number as it will choke the telephone line because of which  a person needing help in emergency may not get help and may die  This service is everyone s right  so use it responsibly   Rajesh Waghmare  Regional COO  GVK EMRI  MP

The 108 ERS is a comprehensive emergency service where anyone can call for any emergency  be it Medical  Police and Fire related  108 is a toll free number and can be dialed from landline and mobile phone without any code  The service is available 24×7 and is absolutely free of cost to everyone  For medical emergency  the 108 ambulance are equipped with all the required medicines and medical equipments ranging from Suction machine  Oxygen Cylinder  Nebulizers  Glucometer  Electronic B P  instrument  Pulse Oximeter to extrication tools  to handle almost any emergency situation
