Commenting on this initiative, Mr Pratul Shroff, CEO, eInfochips says, “Impetus is a significant initiative with the focus to enhance the IT skills in the engineering education system and expose them to emerging technologies. Being the flag bearers of IT in Gujarat, our initiative aims to build the state as a preferred IT destination. This novel initiative has been followed by our successful programme “Train the Trainer” wherein the faculty from engineering colleges were trained.” Prof H.B.Dave who is MTech from IIT Kharagpur, having more than 40 years of experience in both industry and academia will be heading the initiative along with other full time trainers and engineers. The program also addresses the corporate ethics/culture and communication skills.” eInfochips invests 3% of company’s revenue every year in technical and non-technical training to foster an open, transparent and nurturing work culture.
