Pune,  IBN Lokmat presents this weeks great Bhet with Dr. Abhay Bang who continues his conversation with Nikhil Wagle, Editor IBN-Lokmat. He also shares his experiences and difficulties working in villages of Wardha district and realized that he needs further studies in public health to address larger health-care issues. He initiated a movement for liquor ban in Gadchiroli district which resulted as a ban in the district which was the first example in India of liquor ban.

Dr. Abhay Bang has come along to embark a renowned imprint in providing medical facilities to the tribal areas of Maharashtra Dr. Bang has dedicated his entire life towards serving the tribal areas of Maharashtra where medical facilities are scarce. He is also working on many issues like Sexually transmitted diseases and medical equipment & drugs.
