New Delhi,Humanitics launches its flagship product called HR2- Gov, Indias leading purpose build HRMS software application especially designed and built for Government and Public Sector organisation on Microsoft Dynamics XRM Framework. The Product was demonstrated by Humanitics in a HR CONCLAVE jointly hosted by Humanitics and Microsoft.
The HR2- Gov HRMS product will benefit the governmental organisation managing their HR processes and ever changing government policies and compliances without having to write large software codes. The Microsoft XRM framework brings significant value to the product as the users will be able to use the HRMS application without getting into vigorous training. It will also bring down the cost of ownership in medium term and long term.
Speaking on the occasion Mr. G. J. Kulkarni highlighted the main features of the HR2-Gov HRMS application software. The product manages end to end government HR processes and support 126 various HR processes starting from budget planning, recruitment, transfer, postings, APR, Service book, promotion, DPC, paybill, benefits, Vigilance enquiry, Court Cases, VRS, Separation etc added Mr. Kulkarni.
Besides adaptability to change, another USP of HR2-GOV is its ease of use. Unlike some other HR systems that require extensive training for usage, HR2-GOV requires minimum training efforts because of users familiarity with MS Office suite. Based on Microsoft xRM framework, HR2-GOV provides a user-friendly and same level of User Interface that is familiar to Microsoft office users in India. We could achieve the same Usability because of Microsoft xRM framework added Mr. Kulkarni.
