Mumbai, Rashi Peripherals recently concluded 2 days Tech meet for its all India Technical and Service team of more than 200 personnel at Ras Resorts, Silvassa.
Rashi Peripherals have service centres all across the country including at all its 54 branch locations. As a part of its continuous training and development initiative for technical and service professionals, Rashi Tech Meet is organized on an annual basis focusing on all round development of the all India technical team. Every year Tech Meet focuses on a specific objective which provides the roadmap to the technical and service personnel on improving and enhancing the customer service experiences.
Rashi Tech Meet 2010 revolved on the theme - I CAN working around team work, communication skills, customer interaction, qualitative service and ultimately achieving a better level of TAT.
Day 1 kicked off with new product training and updates on all brands distributed by Rashi led by Mr. Ashok Goenka, Head - Support, Rashi Peripherals. Mr. Kapal Pansari, Director - Marketing, Rashi Peripherals announced various loyalty awards to select employees at the event providing the vital boost to the event. Vendors like ASUS, and Logitech were also present at the event and conducted sessions on technical updates on products.
Talking about the event, Mr. Rajesh Goenka, VP - Sales and Marketing, Rashi Peripherals said, We sincerely believe that service is the backbone of any business entity. To survive in a competitive market, good customer service can alone give us the upper edge. Rashi Technical Meet is a part of our endeavor to train and motivate our personnel at various levels and departments. The Tech meet is more dedicated to personal development, team building and enhancing technical and customer interaction skills. Our theme for this year revolved around improving the turn around time to more than 95% on any given day.
On day 2, the teams were involved in various challenges consisting of physically and mentally demanding activities structured with team bonding and communication skills. The key outcome of the programme was to enhance confidence levels, bring the teams closer to deal with mentally and physically stimulating exercises.
Along with the loyalty awards the ecstatic participants walked away with lucky draw prizes as well as Philips DVD players.
