Mumbai,GIGABYTE Technology India LTD, the leading manufacturer of motherboards, today announced that it will soon be launching a 2 tier channel structure for its partners in the country. This will be announced along with Q3 CHANNEL INCENTIVE PROGRAM. At present, the company is in the process of revamping and enhancing its channel infrastructure and recruiting more premium partners in Maharashtra, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Kerala. By making this move GIGABYTE wants to expand the channel network in these regions and establish a wider customer base in the upcountry market.
GIGABYTE will be launching a 2 tier structure wherein both value and premium will benefit from the program. This structure will be introduced mainly to encourage value partners who have been reaching targets to be promoted as premium partners. The structure will be launched for partners in Maharashtra, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. GIGABYTE had set a sales target of 2 million by 2011; their focus is to increase their market share from the current 25% to 30% in the year 2010. The company is working on developing the biggest post-sales network for their partners and customers.
Speaking about the initiative, Mr. Rajan Sharma, GM, GIGABYTE India LTD said, We highly value our Channel Structure & it is our endeavor keep innovating so as to ensure high interest level in our customers. Many of our value partners who have doing well over last 3-4 years will be promoted as PREMIUM PARTNER; this will help increase sales of our premium partners and help increase business volume. We will focus on expanding the market by expanding our channel network by recruiting more partners in unrepresented areas, he further added.
