Mumbai, Maharashtra, Venture Infotek, India premier Transaction Management company, was honoured with the coveted Confederation of Indian Industry-Export Import Bank of India (CII-Exim) Bank Award 2009 for their Strong Commitment to Excel, at the 17th CII Quality Summit held in New Delhi recently.
CII Exim Bank Award for Business Excellence instituted jointly by the CII and EXIM in the year 1994, is one among the most prestigious awards in the country that an Indian company can aspire for its overall business excellence. Venture Infotek received the award on successfully clearing a rigorous assessment process conducted by the CII-Exim assessors team in September 2009.
Acknowledging the award, Mr. Piyush Khaitan, Managing Director, Venture Infotek said, "At Venture Infotek, it is our mission to continuously strive to set higher standards. The award is a great honour for us and recognizes our passion for excellence, which has been and will continue to be one of the strong pillars for realizing our future objectives."
The award is based on the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM), a highly respected global quality initiative with a comprehensive model focusing on the organizations practices and performance under nine criteria, comprising Leadership, Policy and Strategy, People, Partnership and Resources, Processes, People Results, Customer Results, Society Results and Overall performance.
Earlier, Venture Infotek had received the Indian Merchants Chamber - Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award 08 in the Small Business Category in the month of March 09 and the Asia Pacific Quality Organization (APQO) Best in Class Award 09 at the 15th APQO International Conference in Mexico in October 09.
